    "Connection to Server Failed" Error on SCADA Client

    I am getting an error like "Connection to server failed" on my SCADA client computer. I can ping the server computer, so the network connection is available. What could be the possible reasons for this error? Are there any settings I should check on the server side or on the client?

    The SCADA server must be actively running on the server computer. Being able to ping the server computer does not necessarily indicate that the SCADA server is operational.

    The SCADA server communicates via port 8080. You should verify whether this port is actively listening on the server computer.

    Additionally, you must confirm that the SCADA server startup message is displayed on the server machine, indicating successful initialization.
