I Could Not Create Recipe Tags in SCADA

In our production process, we use different set values for different products. I want to set up a recipe management system that allows the operator to change all set values in the PLC by pressing a single button. How can I design this system in SCADA? Should I store the recipes in a database or within the SCADA’s own tags?
