SCADA Does Not Record Historical Data, What Should I Do?

I can monitor real-time data without any issues, but the historical data logging feature isn't working. I've checked the SCADA software's logging settings, and the database connection appears to be active. However, no records are being written to the database. The necessary tables have been automatically created in the database, but they are all empty. Where should I start to solve this problem?

Check the logging settings of the tags. If the Log Status parameter is set to "No Log", no data will be recorded for the corresponding tag.
If the Log Status parameter is set to "Change", verify that logging is triggered only when the tag value changes by the defined change threshold.

Additionally, if the Log Filter feature is enabled, ensure that the tag value meets the specified range or condition criteria.
