Although the alarm I created is active, the alarm notification does not appear on the client. Could you help me identify what I might be doing wrong?

In order to view alarm statuses, you must add the alarms you want to see to the Subscribed Alarms section under the User Menu.
If you do not add any alarms to this list, you will not receive notifications even if an alarm condition occurs.
