No data displayed when scanning a QR code

I want to view the OEE data of the machines used in my factory through the AR feature. However, even when I point the camera at the QR code, no data appears on the screen. Could I be making a mistake when generating the QR code?

QR codes must be generated based on the machine name defined in the system. Otherwise, even if the QR code is detected, the system will not recognize the corresponding machine, and the OEE data will not be displayed.

To resolve this, use the QR Code Generator to create a QR code using the name of any machine registered in the system, then try scanning it again. After following these steps, you should be able to view the OEE data for that machine through the AR feature.
