Regardless of whether the machine is running or not, the QUALITY value always appears as 100%. Is this a software issue or a configuration problem?

The reason QUALITY consistently displays 100% is that the machine is operating in Manual mode. In Manual mode, the system does not automatically record production data. Therefore, at the end of the production period, the total number of successfully produced units must be manually entered into the system.
Once this value is entered, the QUALITY metric will be correctly calculated.
Technical Note: QUALITY is used as the Quality factor in OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) calculations. Its formula is:
QUALITY (%)=[(Good Units Produced)/(Total Units Produced)]×100
Since the system does not automatically track these values in Manual mode, user input is required to update QUALITY accurately.
