When reviewing the reports extracted from the system, the product quantity values appear as 0. What could be the reason? My process has only one sensor and is running in manual mode.

The reason the product quantity values show as 0 is that the process is running in Manual mode. In manual mode, the system does not automatically track product output; therefore, product quantities must be entered manually by the user.
To resolve this:- Go to the Settings page and manually enter the product count in the Accepted Product Quantity field.
- Click the Update OEE button to calculate the product quantities in the system.
Since there is no secondary sensor monitoring the output, product counting cannot be automated. If you install a sensor at the output to track products, the system will automatically perform these calculations when running in Automatic mode.
