My machine is running, and I can monitor the sensor value from the server. However, the OEE value remains constant without any increase or decrease. Could this be a configuration issue? How can I resolve this?

Since you can monitor the sensor value from the server, there is no hardware issue. However, if the product count on the dashboard does not change despite products passing the sensor, you should check the date range configured in the SHIFT list on the Settings page.
If the operating period does not fall within the date range defined in the SHIFT list, the system will not update the OEE data. Therefore, update the SHIFT list to match your current working schedule.
